A Healthier You Day 12
Wash your hands regularly, or as frequently as you can, especially after touching currency notes. You won’t believe the kind of germs they can carry per time.
Kids are not the only ones that can get infected by germs from unwashed hands. Adults, too, can transmit and contract contagious diseases like gastric and respiratory infections from unwashed hands. As a matter of fact, try to keep your hands away from your eyes, nose, and mouth when you’re in public places (in contact with other people or general items).
Remember to wash your hands after:
- Touching money
- Handling trash
- Being outdoors for long hours
- Using public transport
- Shaking other people
- Using the toilet or a public restroom
- Sweeping your home
- Handling pets
Good post. I learn something totally new and challenging on websites I stumbleupon every day. Its always exciting to read articles from other authors and use something from other sites.
